Bilingual Sales Assistant to Financial Advisor
To assist brokers in daily operations of managing client relationships to ensure a high level of all-inclusive sales and service. Functions: - Review previous day's transactions in order to cover debits and spot inaccuracies -Provide current price quotations and market information to clients referring to our quote services -Accounting for RRSPs; verify debits and how they will be covered -Follow up on documentation/letters sent to clients -Verification and follow-up on transfers-in -Process EFTs and cheques in daily time file -Communicate with Margin and RSP departments for administrative needs questions and problems -Process mutual fund transactions as required -Assist in marketing initiatives -Mailing research, reports and vario ous information to clients -Maintain clients mailing lists and file client information -Management Fees: Calculation of fees, verification that there is enough cash in the accounts to cover the fees, and mailing of fee statements to clients. -Ensure client's accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation Knowledge & Skills Required: -Licensed (Completion of CSC and CPH
courses) -Fluently bilingual in both French and English -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Good analytical and problem solving skills
